Daniel Rowell is a freelance artist, writer, and photographer based in Chicago. They work in public health research focused on race- and gender-based health disparities. Their art tells stories from a 29-year life as an intersex person and the many Dans that lived it. They work in comics, watercolors, screen printing, book arts, and digital media, and can hold a piece of toast in their mouth for 45 seconds without dropping it.
Daniel is also the Art Director for 90 Days 90 Voices, an immigration storytelling project.
